Short-term Programs

All short-term programs scheduled for spring and summer 2020 have been postponed. Some programs are expected to be offered again in late August 2020, some in spring and summer 2021. Please check back for updates, or contact the Office of Learning Abroad.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2.5 minimum GPA
  • 3 letters of recommendation (requested through online application)
  • Application and down payment received by January 15

Additional Information about Short-Term Study Abroad:

  • Deadlines to apply for Short-Term programs are as follows:
    • Winter Programs: November 1
    • Spring Programs: December 15
    • Summer Programs: January 15
Note: If you withdraw from a program after the application deadline, you will not receive a refund.
  • After you apply, a $300 down-payment will be charged to your account. That same $300 will then be deducted from your total program price. 
  • After you are accepted into your program, you will be added to a study abroad Canvas course. This is where you will find and submit all pre-departure documents such as travel authorizations, emergency contact forms, travel insurance, and scholarships. 
  • Deadlines to pay the full balance of your study abroad program costs are as follows:
    • Winter Programs: December 1
    • Spring Programs: February 15
    • Summer Programs: March 15
