Social Affairs Committee

Members:

  • President, Chair
  • Another executive board member
  • Two staff members (volunteers) AND/OR other staff members as chosen by the chair.

Mission Statement

Actively participate and participate in planning and carrying out all social activities sponsored by the Staff Association.  As of 2007-2008, these events were but not limited to:

  • Opening Social – late August/early September
  • Holiday Open House/Social – December
  • Parterre Clean UP – April/May

Will coordinate publicity for each event via campus mail and/or the SUU Bulletin and other marketing tools.  Keep board up to date on all activities and actively promote the attendance of these functions.
