Where to Give

Gifts to SUU make a profound difference in the lives our students and faculty. It is because of private support, that make scholarships, technology updates, and educational opportunities available. Use the links below to learn more about the current fundraising priorities and opportunities of various SUU programs and colleges.

Students Success

Scholarships are transformative. They change a student's life.

Through its multiple and integrated roles as classroom, laboratory, and community center, SUU serves as a touchstone for experiential education leading to personal growth, civic responsibility, and professional excellence. Unfortunately, students face several barriers to accomplish their educational aspirations. By supporting student success, you are demonstrating that you believe in the T-bird grit, perseverance, and passion.

Academic Colleges

Small class sizes, career-focused learning, and hands-on experience all contribute to the quality of an SUU degree. Our 140+ campus and online programs are split into academic colleges to give students the specific resources they need for their degrees.

Current Projects

Diversity and Inclusion

The Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) exists to validate the multiple identities present on our campus, while integrating the voices and experiences of marginalized people. We provide emotional, social, and financial support to students from historically underrepresented communities (e.g. students of color, LGBTQIA+ students, first-generation college students, etc.)

Arts and Culture

In our increasingly complex and challenging world, the arts create possibilities of discovery and joy. By celebrating our past as well as the future, SUU is home to The Beverely Talyor Sorenson Center for the Arts, Southern Utah Museum of Arts, and the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

Your support will fund SUMA's mission to be an educational and cultural resource for campus and community. General operating support is the working capital the museum needs to maintain day-to-day operations and build a sustainable infrastructure to curate exhibitions and create programs with the greatest impact. Contributions to this fund support basic operational funding needs, such as hourly wages, advertising, office supplies, and professional development.

Athletics

Beyond a financial impact, our mission is to positively influence and shape the lives of our young men and women, empowering them to be champions, in competition, in the classroom and in the community.
