The Future is Rising at SUU!

The Future is RisingMark your calendar to join President Michael Benson and the SUU community during Homecoming Weekend as we celebrate the public launch of what is sure to be a transformative era in the history of Southern Utah University.

It all kicks off Friday, September 16, at 7:30 p.m. on the Upper Quad (east of Old Main) with a concert featuring Kurt Bestor & the SUU Symphony Orchestra, Peter Breinholt, Ryan Shupe and the Joe Muscolino Band. There will be lots of food, music and fun!

The entire evening will be capped off with a special announcement by President Benson followed by a huge fireworks show. Masters of Ceremonies for the evening will be Brian Vaughn and David Ivers of the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

Bring your blankets or low beach chairs to sit on the grass and enjoy the music. There is no charge for the event - which goes until 10 p.m.
