Connecting to your Authentic Self Through Yoga, Hiking, & Meditation

Connect with your authentic self through outdoor yoga, mindful hiking, and campfire meditation. Start the afternoon focusing on you at an SUU classroom to learn the four pillars of health. Then, head outside to the upper quad grass for outdoor yoga. After a short break for dinner on your own, meet at the Thunderbird Gardens Trailhead for a mindfulness hike and meditation experience. Spend a Saturday afternoon learning about the importance of your health and techniques to help reduce stress and improve wellness.

This one-day class meets Saturday from 3:00-7:30 pm. Class will meet first on SUU campus grounds from 3:00-5:00 pm. A short break will begin at 5:00 pm and class will reconvene at the Thunderbird Gardens Trailhead at 5:30 pm. Registration deadline is October 4.
