Fermentation from the Garden

This introductory class will teach lacto fermentation and how to ferment vegetables from your garden for health and preservation. Take home a Fido jar filled with delicious foods and ready to ferment.

This 1-day class meets Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 pm. Registration deadline is September 11.

Instructor Bio

Natalie Wood is passionate about fermentation. After a health scare with a close family member she researched the benefits of eating fermented foods. She found that eating probiotic-rich foods led to better gut health and became an expert in making delicious fermented foods. Natalie graduated from SUU with a degree in German and French.
