Meet the Chef

Features favorite local culinary personalities teaching audience members to prepare and serve up delectable dishes from familiar restaurant menus. Participants will learn kitchen tricks and techniques from favorite local chefs to enrich their culinary skills. Classes will be taught in the Southwest Technical College demonstration kitchen with a different chef, baker or locally-owned restaurant being featured every week.

This five-time class meets every other Wednesday from 5:30-7:00 pm. Tastings of the prepared dish are included in the class. Registration deadline varies by class.

Time: 5 Demonstrations over 10 Weeks / W 5:30 - 7 pm
Cost: $15 per single class; $75 for the whole series
