Registration Updates

Teachers MUST create new accounts this year. There were many teachers with multiple accounts, accounts with no contact information, and accounts for teachers who no longer work with science fair in their schools. This year all teachers must reregister to help us maintain our system. Additionally, teachers must register BEFORE their students can register.
