Western Regional U.S. Cyber Challenge Competition

Event Description

To participate in this event you must be involved in the Cyber Quest Challenges, sponsored by Cyber Aces. Southern Utah Univeristy is hosting the annual Western Regional Cyber Challenge Competition summer camp in Cedar City, Utah. The event will be held July 26th - July 30th, and includes four days of instruction by SANS instructors, a career fair, and a cyber-attack/defense competition.

Travel Information

The camp will be held on campus at Southern Utah University (SUU), in Cedar City, Utah. Location and Directions: http://www.mapquest.com/us/ut/cedar-city

Lodging

Lodging is in the residential halls at SUU. Additional information to follow.

Meals

Meals provided include: breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting on 7/26, and going through breakfast and lunch on 7/30.

What to Bring

Laptop with both wired and wireless adapters. VMWare Workstation trial or working edition installed with at least 4 GB of memory. Wireless will be available in the residence hall, but you will need a wired connection for some events. Please bring a patch cable.

Pillows, linens and towels will be provided by the residence halls. Bring your own shower needs and we would suggest a blanket as well.
