Honors Student Council

The honors program relies heavily on our student council and committees to plan and coordinate activities for all honor students. Applications are accepted and interviews are conducted in the spring for council positions. The council positions include President, VP of Community Life, VP of Public Relations, VP of Philanthropy, VP of Academics, and VP of Outreach. Each position is the head of their respective committee. Committee positions are selected at the beginning of the Fall semester. Serving on the honors student council as President or as one of the 5 Vice President position qualify the student for honors credits through the honors experience waivers. If you are interested in becoming more involved and enhancing your leadership skills, talk to the honors office about serving on the honors student council.
