Training elements will then be applied as you navigate industry specific, real life scenarios. Upon completion you will be equipped with both the hard and soft skills for success with customer engagement.
  • Foundations in Tourism, Hospitality, & Outdoor Recreation: Gain a foundation to the tourism, hospitality and outdoor recreations industries. Learn about the unique differences within the industry and the importance of teamwork between public and private organizations.
