Master of Science in Nursing in Leadership and Administration (M.S.N.)
Program Admission Requirements
Requirements for students to enroll in the MSN in Leadership and Administration include:
- A baccalaureate degree in nursing from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., ACEN or CCNE);
- An active, unrestricted Registered Nursing License to practice in the United States (e.g., State RN License);
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 in their BSN program;
- Completed graduate application.
Accreditation
The Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration program is accredited through the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. The Southern Utah University Department of Nursing is working with the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) on the accreditation of the Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration program. We are hoping the program will be accredited by CCNE in the spring of 2024.
