His collegiate choirs have appeared at local, regional and national education conferences, and have appeared in recordings for several commercial projects, including nationally released film and television projects, including a recent recording for the 2015 film Highway to Dhampus. Recent choral performances include Star Wars Live (International Tour) touring performances of Video Games Live with the Utah, Las Vegas and Golden West Symphony Orchestras, and Josh Groban's In the Round and On Stage With Sarah McLachlan tours in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Denver. A gifted vocal performer, Dr. Meredith has been much sought-after for his excellence in classical concert literature. He has performed to much acclaim as a soloist with orchestras throughout the US, Canada and Europe. A favorite of the late Robert Shaw, Dr. Meredith sang Beethoven's Missa Solemnis and 9th Symphony under his direction with orchestras throughout the United States. Recent seasons have found him performing Bach's St. John Passion and Weill's Seven Deadly Sins with the Phoenix Symphony, Beethoven's 9th Symphony with the Scottsdale Symphony, Mahler's Das Klagende Lied with the San Juan Symphony and Brahms' Requiem with the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra. In Utah, he has performed as a soloist numerous times with the Utah Symphony and Opera, as well as being a featured vocal soloist and guest conductor with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.

In addition to his career as a concert performer, Dr. Meredith has enjoyed considerable success as a studio singer, voice-over artist and producer. His voice has been heard internationally in recordings for film, television, audio books, and live performance, including work for clients such as ABC Sports, Disney, and the syndicated TV shows Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules. He recently was a featured soloist for the KBYU-TV miniseries Fires of Faith, a documentary celebrating the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible, and on recordings for Jenny Oaks Baker and Kurt Bestor.
