The Art of Red Wine

Participants in this course will learn the essentials of red wine. Bask in the essence of notes for the nose and mouth by embracing what makes red wine special. This course will be held at IG Winery, who will be providing various different spices, fruits, meats, flowers and wine for you to smell, touch and taste.

Now as the Director of Winery Operations at IG Winery in Cedar City, Piersanti enjoys educating staff and public about wine culture in the southern Utah community.
