Improve your Health “WholeHEARTedly"

Learn easy ways to track food consumption and the importance of exercise and rest cycles. Course includes information on how to be a healthier shopper along with hands-on meal and snack preparation. Also, learn easy low impact cardio and strength exercises that require no exercise equipment, flexibility and an introduction to meditation. Participants are encouraged to dress for a workout with comfortable tennis shoes.

Instructor Bio
Rochelle Lunt attended Southern Utah University as a Physical Education major. She was certified to teach health, fitness and aerobics in 1995 through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America and has been teaching for 23 years. In 2016, she received a Holistic Healthcare license from the Vibrant Living program.
