A Beginners Guide to Meditation. Meditation in Kundalini Yoga contains specific, practical tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra, and focus. The range and variety of meditation techniques in the Kundalini Yoga tradition is truly extraordinary. In this course you will learn about and practice some simple meditations.

Instructor Bios
Melanie “Mandeep” Abderrahman has been a professional, registered and certified yoga instructor since 2000 and currently teaches Kundalini Yoga at Dixie State University and Sage Hills in Cedar City. She has earned more than 1000 hours teaching yoga and meditation techniques.

Susan Rhodes uses Kundalini Yoga to help class members gain an understanding of self-love and body acceptance at any age, any size and any physical fitness ability. Gain an understanding of the way we think about and treat our bodies, build better relationships with ourselves, and use mind, body, spirit connection as a way to connect to and elevate ourselves.
