Southern Utah Chef

Features favorite local culinary personalities teaching audience members to prepare and serve up delectable dishes from familiar restaurant menus. Participants will learn kitchen tricks and techniques from favorite local chefs, with wine pairing options for most recipes. Classes will be taught in the amiable setting of the IG Winery with a different chef, baker or locally-owned restaurant being featured every week.

Come learn kitchen techniques, tricks and favorite recipes from local southern Utah chefs and restaurants. Guest chefs include those from Sweet & Knotty Bakery, Nature Hills Farms, Harmon's, Pork Belly's Eatery and Depot Grill.
