Spaced-Themed Cake Class

This class is offered two different times. Dates are June 6th, and July 17th.

This course begins with an introduction on how to prep a cake for fondant. Participants will then learn how to create amazing space scenes, fondant planets and even a rocket ship. Other techniques participants learn are; how to color and knead fondant, how to cover and smooth it over their cake and how to make matching adornments. Each participant will take their “out-of-this-world” cake home with them.

JaNell Wood has owned and operated Simply Delicious Confections in Cedar City since 2014. Wood has been featured on KUTV Channel 2 News cooking series, and was the winner of Harmon’s 2015 Sliced Cooking Competition in the dessert category.
