In this course, participants will be developing our Pranic Power, Consciousness and Personality through the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Instructor Bio
Susan Rhodes has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for two years. She has a passion for yoga and enjoys sharing her knowledge about the practice with others in the community. Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the body’s energy through a combination of yoga and meditation. Along her path to master the practice of Kundalini, Rhodes reflects on a quote from Yogi Bhajan who said, “If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it.”
