Yoga for Self-Love & Body Acceptance

This class uses Kundalini Yoga to help class members gain an understanding of self-love and body acceptance at any age, any size and any physical fitness ability. Gain an understanding of the way we think about and treat our bodies, build better relationships with ourselves, and use mind, body, spirit connection as a way to connect to and elevate ourselves.
