Improvisation with the Utah Shakespeare Festival

Improvisation is one of the many skills an actor needs to have in their repertoire. The best way to learn to improv is by doing. In this class partnered with the Utah Shakespeare Festival, participants will play lots of different improvisation games to hone in their skills. This family-friendly class is open to parents, kids, friends and all theatre-lovers.


Spring 2019 Section 1, Starting on: 02/25/19

Instructor Bio
Instructor Michael Bahr is the Education Director for the Utah Shakespeare Festival overseeing numerous outreach programs including a 16-week touring production that travels to more than 150 schools, and performing for 20,000 students in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho and Wyoming annually. Previously, as an instructor of theatre arts, he was awarded Teacher of the Year in Kern County, CA and Box Elder School District in Utah.
