The STEM Experience: Engineering Night

Take flight into the exciting world of mechanical engineering. Hands-on activities for everyone will focus on different types of flying vehicles and learn the basic principles of how things fly. Students and parents will build and fly several aircraft models and test out their skills.

Instructor Bio
Laurel Dodgion serves as the Academic Enhancement Coordinator for the SUU Walter Maxwell Gibson College of Science & Engineering. She oversees many STEM programs and specializes in engineering and technology events, including the K12 robotics competitions held at SUU. She is an ardent believer that STEM is a sport where everyone can play and is excited to share the world of engineering with the community.
