Astrophotography at Cathedral Gorge

Are you looking to further develop your photography and editing skills? During a new moon period, this four-day summer experience will take you to Cathedral Gorge to learn how to successfully shoot the Milky Way and sunset on the breathtaking pink cliffs. Before the shoot, learn the basics in astrophotography and later enhance your photo editing skills during two classes in a SUU computer lab. Bring your own DSLR camera (no camera phones), tripod, shutter line, flashlight, warm clothing, food and water. Transportation is not provided.

*Due to the amount of snow at Cedar Breaks National Monument, the Milky Way shoot has been moved to Cathedral Gorge State Park.
