Applied positions for the Student Involvement and Leadership Center

The Student Involvement and Leadership Marketing team is a group of students charged with the marketing of events, initiatives, and campaigns built for SPB, Government, Clubs, and other groups on campus. This group runs the SUU Student Life social media, helps oversee the SUU APP, Toilet Times, A-Frames, Digital Signage, Tabling, Surveying, Marketing Research, etc. This branch is comprised of the following appointed positions:

• Assistant to the VP of Marketing
• SUU Student Life Social Media Co-Directors (2 positions available)
• SUU Student Life Social Media Assistant Director (2 positions available)
• Photography Director
• Photography Assistant Director (2 positions available)
• Videography Director
• Videography Assistant Director (2 positions available)
• Marketing Special Projects Director
• Marketing Special Projects Assistant Director (2 positions available)

The Student Programming Board, SPB, aims to help students foster a sense of belonging through targeted, well-planned events. The goal is to help students form lasting friendships at our events and help them create a home away from home. This second home will help students feel more confident registering for future semesters until their graduation. SPB hosts events such as the Paint Dance, Casino Night, Bingo Night, The Scream, Comedians, Movie Nights, and much more. They also partner with other campus entities to help put on Homecoming and Founders Week. This branch is comprised of the following appointed positions:

• Student Programming Board Director (6 positions available)
• Student Programming Board Assistant Director (40 positions available)

The Southern Utah University Student Association (SUUSA) is the student government of the student body. Majority of the positions within SUUSA are elected positions, but there are a few positions needed to help accomplish all of SUUSA's initiatives and representation. SUUSA oversees the student clubs and organizations, student voice, student life enhancement committee, and has several senators and representatives. This branch is comprised of the following appointed positions:

• Academic Senate Assistant
• Judicial Council Associate Justice
• Clubs Committee Director
• Clubs Committee Assistant Director
• Controller
• Student Life Enhancement Committee Director
• Student Life Enhancement Committee Assistant Director

The Student Involvement and Leadership Office is a gateway for any and all students to get involved. By becoming an Involvement Captain you will be provided opportunities to work closely with multiple organizations across campus while learning basic leadership principles and how to apply them in real situations. This branch is comprised of the following appointed positions:

• Involvement Captain President
• Involvement Captain Student Directors (4 positions available)
• Involvement Captains (applications are open all year, and the link is provided towards the bottom of this form)

The Student Athletic Board was created to help students connect to SUU through athletics. This includes planning Fan Fests, Giveaways, and extra events that will help students feel a part of campus. These positions are broken up by those who want to help increase school spirit, and those that want to help create exciting events.
