Storytelling Festival March 2024

On March 21st-23rd, 2024 the SUU College of Education and Human development is hosting a Storytelling Festival to promote connection and understanding in our community. The festival will include the following events presented by guest Kevin Cordi, international award winning educator, author and storyteller. Submissions are now closed. If you are interested in hosting an event or have questions regarding a submission, please email Elaine Larsen at elainebottema@suu.edu.

Festival Schedule

Thursday, March 21

  • 11:30 am: Eccles A.P.E.X. Lecture
  • 1 pm: SUMA Lunch & Learn 
  • 3 pm: Radio Hour

Friday, March 22

  • 10 am: Create Playdate 
  • 11 - 1 pm: Mr. Cordi will conduct a presentation for pre-service teachers and COEHD students
  • 2 - 5 pm: Professional Learning workshop with Mr. Cordi for K-12 teachers, hosted by artsFUSION
  • 7:30 pm: Utah Shakespeare Festival performance of Every Brilliant Thing
