Students must submit an application, a resume, high school transcripts, and a 750 word essay. They must also get three people, one must be a counselor or principal, to submit a letter of recommendation.
Participant Qualifications: They must attend high school in the State of Utah, must be a United State Citizen, must be a current high school junior, must have a cumulative GPA [9-11] of 3.75 or higher.
