AVAILABLE RESOURCES
SUU’s J.L. Sorenson Physical Education Building is one of the finest facilities of its type in the western United States. It houses a 50-meter Olympic-sized swimming pool, a fitness center, three basketball courts, an indoor track, a climbing wall, five racquetball courts, five “smart” classrooms and several specialized labs.
STUDENT INVOLVEMENT
- SUU’s athletic training program partners with Thunderbird Athletics to give students hands-on experience working with collegiate level athletes.
- Ninety percent of the 2009 graduating class are working in the profession of Athletic Training or pursuing additional education.
