POSSIBLE CAREERS
This degree prepares individuals to pass national certification programs in
strength and conditioning, personal training, and other fitness/conditioning
leadership programs. Coaches at public and private institutions will find this
program particularly valuable, as it will not only increase their expertise, but
enable them to advance to a higher pay scale.
AVAILABLE RESOURCES
The Sorenson Physical Education Building is one of the finest facilities of its type in the western United States. It houses a 50-meter Olympic-sized swimming pool, a fitness center, three basketball courts, an indoor track, a climbing wall, five racquetball courts, five “smart” classrooms, and several specialized labs.
