Favorite Building on Campus: Old Main - there is so much history associated with that building. They have renovated it beautifully to showcase so much of the history.
What little known fact about SUU do you like to share most? I like to tell people about Gunther, the rock and how he gets painted for different events and organizations.

Hobbies and Interests: I love spending time with my wife and family. I'm a huge T-bird athletics fan and love going to the games. I enjoy designing things, including homemade birthday cards for the family.
Favorite Place to Eat in Cedar City: Garden House - The soup is to die for.
People would be surprised to know that: I slept outside on-campus in a tent in below freezing temperatures as part of a challenge activity.
Best bit of advice for students looking for a college/university? Don't base your entire decision on your intended major - A lot of times your major will change. Pick a school based on the opportunities available and how you fit with that school. If you enjoy the campus and the people, you'll do much better in school.
Most embarrassing "college" moment: I loved going to the football games at SUU. I would arrive for the tailgate party and get involved in all the excitement. One game, I painted my face with the traditional red, "SUU" down my cheek. I cheered on the T-birds and had a great time. When I got home, I noticed that my face hurt, one look in the mirror revealed a bright red face, it matched the Red SUU painted down my cheek. Then the realization hit, and I began washing off the face paint, only to reveal a very white, SUU underneath. Yep, I had been branded a SUU fan, and while you can't see the SUU on my face anymore, I'm still branded an SUU fan!
