Transfer Accepted Timeline
Now that you have been accepted to Southern Utah University, here is a timeline of the things that you need to accomplish before attending SUU.
Fall
JANUARY
FEBRUARY
- Scholarship Deadline [February 1st]
- SUU Leadership Weekend
- Arrange On-Campus Housing
MARCH
- Apply for Financial Aid
- Visit SUU's Campus
APRIL
- Find off-campus housing
- Pay the Commitment Fee [Deadline is May 1st]
- Register for Orientation Available April 11
Note: You only have to attend Orientation if you have less than 24 post high school college credits
- Register for Classes Available April 11
Note: The commitment fee must be paid before your transcripts will be articulated and you will be allowed to sign up for classes
MAY
- Commitment Fee Due [May 1st]
JUNE
- Attend Orientation [Multiple dates throughout the summer]
Note: You only have to attend Orientation if you have less than 24 post high school college credits
JULY
- Work and Save Money [Check out Career Services for job opportunities]
AUGUST
- Thunderbird Flight School - August 18
- Fall Semester 2011 begins August 22
- Not attending in the fall? Defer Your Admission and/or Scholarship
