Program Overview
Southern Utah University’s Online Master of Science in Sports Conditioning and Performance is designed for fitness professionals who want to deepen their expertise in sports conditioning and strength training. Ideal for coaches, personal trainers, physical educators, athletic trainers, and therapists, this flexible online program teaches how to build safe, effective training and conditioning plans.
SUU, known as the “Coaching Factory,” combines expert-led online coursework with hands-on experience. Students are required to attend three on-campus Summer clinical workshops, each lasting 1–2 weeks, for practical, in-depth training.
Admission is based on prior experience, academic performance, recommendations, and motivation. Once admitted, students have up to six years to complete the degree.
