Sometime you just need a mini office set up within your conference. We can provide you a complimentary hospitality suite set up with a phone line, a computer connected to a printer, a photo copier within the office suite and a fax machine.

Our interoffice conference room is available for a complimentary hospitality suite. It is a central location for your conference committee to leave materials, stop in for a beverage and snack or to gather for notes and wrap up. Any food and beverage must be provided at cost by our on-campus dining service. Please see your conference coordinator for suggestions and pricing.
Event Services can provide as much or as little assistance in producing your conference essentials.

We can provide staffing for registration, information, handouts, etc.

Travel during an event throughout can be a hassle. SUU can help make traveling a little easier with our available transportation options.
If your conference is during the academic year, we can offer you complimentary parking passes for our visitor lots for each of your participants. Summer brings open and plentiful parking so passes are not needed. Our parking services can also provide shuttle services for local destinations such as hotels.
Van with driver
Half Day - $100 - Includes van rental, driver, and up to 30 miles
Full Day - $180 - Includes van rental, driver, and up to 60 miles
Creative and professional visuals can take a conference to another level. With our graphic and web designers, we can offer you custom created logos, signage, vinyl banners, and limited informational web pages. We offer A-frame holders which can be used in the parking lots, at the entrance or throughout the building. We offer complimentary signage on all the meeting rooms and as welcome signs to the building. Pricing is based on the labor and direct printing costs. Labor costs are $12/hour with a minimum of one hour.
Would you like a custom bag as a take home for your conference participants or do you need a product to promote your sponsor? Logo giveaways are a welcomed extra at any conference. We can work through our partners to find you the perfect giveaway. We will work with you to find an item that can fit almost any budget.

The above equipment is owned and operated by Southern Utah University and is available in limited quantities. In room equipment does not have any additional fees associated with its use, however, AV technicians may be required to be present to operate the equipment. Labor costs will vary based on actual hours of set up and event.
