Department of English

Programs & Degrees

The department offers a choice of three emphases within the English Degree: (1) Literature, (2) Secondary Education, and (3) Creative Writing. To receive the bachelor of arts degree, students must complete 16 hours in one foreign language.

No course for which a grade lower than a "C-" is received may be counted for any major or minor emphasis in the department.

Bachelor of Art Degrees:
