Accompaniment Request

If you need a staff accompanist this semester, please fill out the accompaniment request form and schedule online.

Please request hours as early in the semester as possible.

Turn in copies of your music as soon as possible so that an accurate estimation of hours can be made. Please turn music into my box in the faculty lounge or under my office door.

Please understand that accompaniment is for SUU sponsored events only.

Please provide your hours available for rehearsal. Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM times only

Please note that there are a limited number of accompaniment hours available. You must give 24 hours advance notice to cancel a rehearsal or lesson time or you forfeit your accompaniment time and compensation for that day. No refunds. You will receive an email from your assigned accompanist with a schedule of lessons and rehearsals as well as the amount due. Please pay for your hours in the music office as soon as possible.
