A special showcase of children’s art created by grades K-5 as the first project to draw attention to the future Southern Utah Museum of Art (SUMA). Devised by the SUMA Community Engagement Committee, this unique family-friendly exhibition spotlights the creativity of youngsters and celebrates the imagination.
Southern Utah Art Invitational: Summer Exhibit and Sale

The exceptional work by artists from across southern Utah will be featured in the Invitational Exhibit. Artwork available for sale ranges in medium including watercolor, ceramics and oil. This exhibit will run concurrently with The Costume Designers' Art: 50 Year at the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

This exhibition will feature various costumes, costume renderings, and other artwork highlighting the work of the Festival’s amazing costume artists and technicians. This exhibit will run concurrently with the Southern Utah Artist's Invitational: Summer Exhibit and Sale.
Soviet Era Art: 1917-1991

This incredible retrospective of Russian art from the last century provides a remarkable overview of Soviet artists from the period -- capturing the people, the history and movements in art. This exhibition is on loan from the Springville Museum of Art and is made possible through the generous support of the Friends of the Braithwaite Fine Arts Gallery.

Spotlighting creativity and imagination, this showcase presents the culmination of work by the Senior BFA candidates graduating in December. The exhibit features a wide variety of mediums from ceramics to charcoal to digital photography and graphic design.

The internationally renowned SUU Art and Design faculty exhibit the remarkable works they have been working on during the year. Artwork was developed using a variety of media including painting, drawing, printmaking, digital imagery, ceramics, photography, and illustration.

The exhibit features a wide variety of mediums from ceramics to charcoal to digital photography and graphic design. The first exhibit showcasing the graphic designers runs March 22, 2012 through Saturday, April 14, 2012. The second segment featuring a variety of medium runs Thursday, April 16 through Saturday, May 5, 2012.
