Maymester - Extended Opportunity for SUU Students to Learn

New this school year, Southern Utah University is introducing an additional opportunity to learn with Maymester, and intensive three-week summer session in addition to the other two regular summer sessions (First and Second sessions).

This year, Maymester will run May 10 – May 28. This program will become part of the regular academic calendar.

Course offerings will include study abroad experience, general education core courses and internship opportunities. Because of the intensity of the session, students will only be able to take one course per Maymester.

This program comes as a direct result of students’ request to have more opportunities to complete additional course work while at the same time, the ability to take advantage of the chance to earn more money during the summer months.
