Missed the Deadline? Get your Commencement Tickets Now

Graduation tickets for Southern Utah University’s 9 a.m. Commencement ceremony this Saturday, May 2, are now available for those graduates who have not yet received their three tickets.

Tickets for those students who missed the initial ticketing deadline will be available today through Wednesday, April 29, at the Centrum Ticket Office. The ticket office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Each graduating student may collect up to three tickets for their family and friends. Graduates who participate in the Commencement processional will not need a ticket for admittance into the 9 a.m. ceremony.

The tickets available to students who do not yet have any ceremony tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis until they are all gone. Those students wishing to now receive their three graduation tickets are encouraged get them early, as administrators anticipate this additional supply of tickets will quickly be exhausted.

These remaining ceremony tickets are only for those students who have not received any and who are registered to graduate and planning to participate in the main Commencement ceremony in cap and gown. No student will be able to collect more than the three that have been allotted per graduate.

The decision to open tickets back up to those graduating students who missed the original April 17 deadline and have not yet received any tickets was made in an effort to ensure as many graduates and their guests as possible are able to participate in the University’s main Commencement ceremony.
