Visit go.suu.edu/coronavirus for all campus health updates.

Due to circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic, prorated meal plan refunds are being
made available to students who had an active meal plan during Spring semester 2020, and who had a
balance of unused meals at the time of their departure.

For students living off-campus during Spring 2020 who feel they may be eligible for a prorated meal plan
refund, please send an e-mail to spring2020mealplans@suu.edu with the following information:
  1. Name
  2. T-number
  3. Cedar City address (while attending school)
  4. Current address
  5. Date of departure from Cedar City
  6. Phone number
  7. Preferred method of contact – email or phone call

For eligible students, refunds will be processed through their SUU student account the week following
the end of the semester, April 24, 2020. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid spring semester charges
on a student account prior to distribution of funds. Remaining student funds will be paid via direct
deposit or manual check. For a quicker refund, individuals are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit,
if they have not already done so. This may be completed through the mySUU Portal using the Direct
Deposit link in the APPS section.

Note: Meal plan refunds for students who lived in SUU on-campus housing were processed during the week of April 6 – April 10, based on check out dates. Any student checking out after April 3, 2020 will need to submit a request through the spring2020mealplans@suu.edu.
