A.P.E.X. Events presents Southern Utah Paranormal SocietyA.P.E.X. Events, Southern Utah University's premier event series, is happy to be presenting their
first event of the spring 2021 season featuring the Southern Utah Paranormal Society and their quest to know the truth.

Founded by Kevin Olson and Joshua Stewart, Southern Utah Paranormal (SUP) provides free paranormal investigations to the residents of Southern Utah. As founding members, Kevin and Josh developed the group with practical insight combined with a deep interest and passion for finding “what is out there.” They have a quest for truth and a desire to debunk activity and separate real and unexplained paranormal activities from what may be imaginary. As a whole, the group is made up of mainstream community members, including retired and working police officers, school employees, state employees, retired people, hospital employees, stay-at-home moms, and university students. The unique selection of members and contributors brings a variety of experience to the field and to solving paranormal mysteries.

“We begin 2021 exploring the realms of our world - how fun and exciting for our audience," said Dr. Lynn Vartan, director of A.P.E.X. Events. "I can’t wait to hear some of the examples and ask some questions about the paranormal findings around our city.”

SUP respects the privacy and sensitive nature of paranormal activities that can affect a person, a
family, and a home. SUP keeps all matters confidential unless they have explicit permission from the
client to use the information. They use different methods, but all use non-damaging equipment and
techniques and give the utmost respect to a client's property.

For this event, members of the group will be sharing their tactics, techniques and experiences in and around Cedar City, including audio samples from some of their investigations. Join A.P.E.X. Events on January 21, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. in the Great Hall of SUU's Hunter Conference Center.

A.P.E.X. Events is SUU’s premier weekly lecture series, with speakers and presenters invited from all areas of the world. While on campus, guests are invited to interact with students and faculty in multiple ways, with opportunities to connect and network in vast areas of scholarship. All A.P.E.X. events are free and open to the public.

This semester, A.P.E.X. Event presentations will also be streamed live via Zoom. Join the event virtually at suu-edu.zoom.us/j/95861182001?pwd=U2NpZnhNR1NDMGtndWt0RVNSNEJLZz09.
