How to Register
This page provides registration information for students and their families, including the two-part registration process:

Online camp registration and payment, and
-
Completion of required Confirmation & Camper Information paperwork.

Part 1: Camp Registration

Select the link for your student’s age group.

If you are registering students in multiple age groups, you will need to select the link for each age group.

You may also view camps for all age groups on the calendar page.

Talk with your student about which camps they would like to attend.

Click Register.

Select either your student’s age group or the week of camp you are interested in.

Click on the camp your student would like to attend.

If you are registering more than one student for the same camp, update the quantity to match the number of students you are registering.

Click Add to Cart.

Enter the student’s first name and the purchaser’s email address as requested.

This information is used to reserve your student’s spot and to contact you with camp details.

Click Continue to view your cart.

To register for additional camps, click Continue Shopping and repeat steps 4–8.

If you are finished, click Checkout.

At checkout, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
Part 2: Confirmation & Camper Information Paperwork
Within 5 business days of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from stemsummercamps@suu.edu .This email will include:

A list of students you registered

The camps they are enrolled in
-
Links to required paperwork that must be completed before the first day of camp
Required Paperwork Includes:

Participant information (full name, age, etc.)

Parent/Guardian contact information
-
Emergency contact information
-
Medical information (allergies, medications, etc.)

Accessibility & support needs (physical, medical, neurological, etc.)
Please note: While we make accommodations when possible, we are not able to provide one-on-one staffing throughout the camp. -
Permissions & releases (photo/video, assumption of risk, code of conduct, etc.)
All paperwork is completed and submitted online using the links provided in the confirmation email.
