Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition
SUU's Nutrition degree prepares students for success in nutrition and health disciplines with a focus on community engagement and continued learning. Students develop skills in communication, scientific analysis, and professional practice, supported by a faculty of experienced nutrition professionals and Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. A nutrition degree is a great step towards a graduate program for other health related professions such as dental, medical, Physician's Assistant, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy.

Hands on learning Facilities
Students gain hands-on experience in our fully-equipped kitchen and a nutrition assessment lab. Here students engage in application based learning through practical experience and activities.

Students can join the Kappa Omicron Nu National Honor Society, participate in study abroad programs, and engage in research and community-based projects.
Recognized Excellence
SUU’s Nutrition program features a dedicated faculty with doctorate degrees and/or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licenses, as well as maintaining strong industry connections; with 85% of graduates advancing to further education or related careers.
