Open Enrollment is REQUIRED for all benefits-eligible employees. Employees will need to confirm their benefits or make changes by May 31st. Changes take effect July 1, 2025.
Changes Coming This Benefit Year
Medical Insurance
Premiums are increasing by $5 each pay period:
- High Deductible:
- Single - $37.55
- Two Party/Family - $97.05
- Traditional:
- Single - $82.15
- Two Party - $180.00
- Family - $256.65
Deductibles and Out of Pocket Maximums are being slightly increased to maintain IRS
minimums on the High Deductible Plan:
- Medical Deductible PPY (Individual / Family)
- Tier 1 - $1,650 / $3,300
- Tier 2 - $1,800 / $3,600
- Out of Pocket Maximum PPY
- Tier 1 - $1,650 / $3,300
- Tier 2 - $3,050 / $6,100
Vision Insurance
Rates are increasing as follows per pay period:
- Single- $2.40
- Two-Party- $4.62
- Family-$7.37

Chubb is a supplementary insurance option for additional coverages you might want, such as Accident, Critical Illness (including Cancer), Disability, Hospital and Lifetime Benefits that include an option for Long Term Care.
Teladoc
The free portion of Teladoc is going away as of 7/1/2025, due to federal funding. However, we
are excited to be adding Teladoc 360, which will still provide the urgent care appointments at a reduced cost, plus with the added options of primary care and mental health appointments also at a reduced cost.

Meetings below take place in the Student Center:
- May 5th - Cedar Breaks at 10 am
- May 7th - Cedar Breaks at 1 pm
- May 8th - Cedar Breaks at 5 pm
- May 13th - Cedar Breaks at 1 pm
- May 19th - Cedar Breaks at 2 pm
- May 21st - Cedar Breaks at 10 am
- May 27th - Cedar Breaks at 10 am
Zoom Meetings:
- May 7th at 1 pm
- May 8th at 5 pm
