SUU Online Master's Business Degree Among Top in the Nation

Southern Utah University’s online graduate business programs are among the 50 best programs in the nation and number one in Utah, according to new rankings by U.S. News & World Report. The same rankings place SUU’s fully online MBA program in the top 31% of all other similar programs in the United States.
“I am excited about the recent U.S. News rankings for our online graduate programs that endorse the relevant quality education we provide our business students,” said Dr. Mary Pearson, dean of the Dixie L. Leavitt School of Business. “We value the recognition from national publications that consistently rank us among the top educators in the online environment. A special thank you goes to our outstanding faculty and staff for their dedicated service to our graduate programs and our outstanding students.”
SUU’s online graduate business programs are among the most affordable in the country. The general business degree ranks 4th and the MBA 8th for cost in comparison with other universities with top online programs.
“As indicated by this recognition, the business graduate programs at SUU provide students with a very high-quality education that is also affordable and accessible,” said Dr. Steve Meredith, associate vice president of enrollment for online and graduate programs. “The combination of these three elements is the driving force behind everything we do, and our continuing growth shows how important these factors are for students considering graduate study.”
U.S. News and World Report is the top source for higher education rankings in the nation. Highly ranked programs have strong traditional academic foundations based on the excellence of entering students, graduation rates and instructor credentials. They also excel at educating distance learners while offering robust career and financial support.
SUU offers 14 bachelor’s degrees and 12 master’s degrees that can be earned completely online. The University recently reduced online tuition costs to keep programs accessible and provide accredited online education at one of the most competitive prices in the nation.
