Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games, Café Sabor announce multi-year partnership

The Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games, a department of Southern Utah University that operates Utah's official state games, has partnered with a prominent Utah-based restaurant brand.

Café Sabor, a Utah-based full service Mexican restaurant, has agreed to a multi-year partnership with the Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games, providing catering and culinary support for the event. Additionally, Café Sabor will serve as the title sponsor of SUU's high school drill team invitational event scheduled in December.

"We are thrilled to be working with Café Sabor," said Jon Oglesby, Executive Director of the Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games. "Café Sabor's high-quality, fresh cuisine is a perfect pairing with the active, healthy lifestyles of our participants in the Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games. The Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games is a long-standing community engagement program of Southern Utah University. Founded in 1986, the event had 10,566 overall participants in 2023. The goal of the department is three-fold: 1) Promote educational opportunity and access at Southern Utah University; 2) provide economic development to Cedar City, Iron County, and the State of Utah; and 3) encourage healthy lifestyles and communities through sports and other competitive activities.
