To help working professionals and students build in-demand workplace skills, Southern Utah University (SUU) is launching a new Salesforce Sales Foundations course. Designed for early-career entrants, career changers, and students, this flexible program develops Salesforce proficiency that leads to a respected industry credential.
The seven-week hybrid course pairs live instruction with self-paced coursework, teaching modern business-to-business (B2B) sales techniques directly inside a live Salesforce environment. Led by industry veteran Rafael Rolim Nunes, students develop Salesforce proficiency as they master qualification frameworks, pipeline management, and discovery techniques. The course also prepares students for the official Salesforce Sales Foundations certification exam.
"Our mission is to help people gain skills that employers are seeking, thus improving career outcomes," said program organizer Tad Brinkerhoff, Associate Vice President for Graduate and Online Programs. "For those who combine this course with an accredited college degree, they are equipped with the knowledge and real-world training so they stand out in the workforce."
Class begins Sept. 14, 2026. The course fee is $50 and includes full access to Salesforce software throughout the program. Learn more or register.
