The Professional Internship Program connects students with meaningful work experiences that align with their academic and career goals while adhering to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) standards for career readiness and professional development.
Participants gain real-world skills by working with experienced mentors in their chosen fields. Each semester, students engage in activities like resume building, networking, workshops, and earning certifications such as the T-Bird Ready badge, all designed to bridge the gap between academics and the workplace.
Program Highlights
- Duration: One semester, up to 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $12/hour for undergraduate students, and $14/hour for graduate students.
- Mentorship: Work closely with experienced mentors who provide guidance, support, and valuable industry insights.
