SUBJECT: Smoking

I. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Policy is to establish a policy on smoking in University buildings.

IV. POLICY

1. Pursuant to the Utah Clean Air Act, smoking is prohibited in all campus buildings. Additionally, the statute provides that there shall be no smoking within 25 feet of any public building.
