I. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Policy is to describe employee tax shelter programs available from the University.

1. The University offers various tax shelter annuities including:
   1. a 401K plan;
   2. a 457 plan; and
   3. a 403B plan.
2. Current tax shelter annuity information can be obtained from the University’s Human Resources Department.
