The Student Body Fitness Center has top of the line Cybex Free Weights and Circuit Weight machines. It also has a Cardio Area with Treadmills, Crosstrainers, Bikes, and steppers that will challenge even the best-conditioned person as you view the mountains.

SUU students, faculty, and staff may purchase passes to use the Fitness Center.

Class Schedule

We also offer group fitness classes that are available for free to SUU students and for a small fee to community members. Classes range from Zumba to Paddle Board Yoga.
