You can request an Enrollment Verification through your mySUU portal or fill out the Enrollment Verification Form below. You may also visit the Registrar's Office and request one with your Photo ID. Or you may fax or mail a letter of request with your signature and the information noted below. Please allow 2 business days for processing. No fee required.
Request an Enrollment Verification through Your mySUU Portal
NOTE: Enrollment Verifications requested through your mySUU portal WILL NOT have a GPA on them. Those must be requested specifically in writing from the Registrar’s Office.
- Log on to your mySUU portal
- Click on Student
- Click on Student Records
- Click on Request Enrollment Verification
- Select the term you want to verify
- Select Verification Type as Web Enrollment Verification
- Indicate the number of copies you would like
- Click Continue
- Indicate where the verification should be sent
- One of your addresses (if you would like the verification sent to yourself)
- A fax number
- Other address
- Indicate to whom the verification should be issued. NOTE: If you leave this field blank, it will automatically fill in your name.
- Click Continue
- You will be shown a summary of the information you selected for your enrollment verification. If the information is correct, click Submit Request.
- Please allow two business days for processing.

If you are unable to access the Enrollment Verification Form, or prefer to write a letter, please include the following information:
- Full name and address
- Social Security Number or T-number [Find your T-number]
- Address or fax number where you need the verification sent
