Enrollment Verifications

There are a couple of ways to request enrollment verification from Southern Utah University.

Immediate Enrollment Verification Online

1. Visit MyHub - this link can also be found under "enrollment verification" in the mySUU portal.
2. Choose  create your account now
3. Type in Southern Utah University and choose next
4. Set up multifactor authentication and enter code sent to you through
   google, SMS, or email
5. Find Enrollment History on the left-hand side of the screen
   and choose See All Enrollment History
6. Choose download certificate and you will have the option to choose
   advanced registration certificate (future semester), current
   enrollment, or download all enrollment certificates
7. Your enrollment certificate will download in a .pdf format and will
   include your enrollment status and anticipated graduation date

NOTE: Enrollment Verifications requested online WILL NOT include a GPA. Those must be requested specifically in writing from the Registrar's Office.

Written Letter to Request Verification

If you are unable to access the Enrollment Verification Form, or prefer to write a letter, please include the following information:

• Signature
• Full name and address
• Social Security Number or T-number [Find your T-number]
• Address or fax number where you need the verification sent
